Compact 2

The Compact 2 is a versatile biamplified 3-way loudspeaker system. A complete sound reinforcement solution in a single easy to use package. The Compact 2 system is intended for use in sound reinforcement applications where midrange presence and pattern control are desired. It can be reinforced with the Compact 18SUB or Compact 218SUB subwoofer unit, but provides sufficient bass response to be used as a stand alone full-range unit.

Compact 218 Sub 2K

Features:

• Powered Subwoofer System
• Two single channel Class D amplifiers 1000 W each
• Two 18” long-excursion loudspeakers
• Bass-reflex design
• Steel reinforced bar handles
• Four rear located casters

The D.A.S. Compact 218 Sub 2K is a high-performance, self-powered vented subwoofer system. The system uses one 1000 W Class “D” amplifier for each 18” loudspeaker for a total power of 2000 W. The system is intended as subwoofer reinforcement for the Compact 2 system, or may be used as subwoofer complement for other passive or powered mid-high systems. The unit utilizes two 18 low frequency speakers.
