All the transmitters and gapfillers include DVB-T/ DVB-H modulators complying with standards in the VHF and UHF channels with bandwidths of 7 or 8 MHz. The new product line EDVB-3 / EGDVB-3 already implements the enhanced standard “DVB-T2”, that is intended to replace all the older technology.

ACTIA SODIELECs R&D department has developed unique algorithms implemented inside each product of the range that provides echo cancellation up to -20 dBc (20dB echo higher than the useful signal), as well as automatic and adaptive pre-correction of non-linearities in the power amplifiers.

The power amplifiers are designed with the latest generation of 50V RF LDMOS power transistors that enable the attainment of exceptional efficiencies in spite of their smaller sizes. ACTIA SODIELEC offers compact amplifiers up to 600Wrms.

The medium-power EDVB transmitters come with different configurations (1+0, 1+1 and Double Drive) adjustable by means of optional switching drawers. They can be supplied installed in indoor or outdoor cabinets.
