Magna honours the original warranty provided by our vendors/manufacturers. This includes hardware and software warranty which depending on manufacturer is between one and three years.
Hardware that is returned within the warranty period that found to have been subject to abuse, modification, or operated and installed in a manner other than that specified by Magna Systems or the equipment vendor, will not be covered and will be subject to standard out-of-warranty repair costs.
For software, Magna adheres to the standard policy that the software will substantially conform to the licensor’s published specifications, but in no event warrants that it is error free or that the customer will be able to operate the software without problems or interruptions. Where software support agreements are in place, customers will have access to regular software releases issued from time to time by the vendor to correct minor problems or improve usability.
This warranty is extended only to the Customer who is the original licensee.
