Overview

The XBL-Broadcast Logger is a web-based, networkable multimedia recorder used for broadcast confirmation, live-broadcast recording services, VoD-production or as an IPTV middleware solution. Depending on its configuration, the system can digitally record (loop recording) up to 200 TV and radio stations at the same time with different levels of quality and over periods of time ranging from 30 to 180 days or even more. Metadata such as EPG, subtitles, as-run-logs can be added automatically during recording and time-synchronized. Individual keyword text can be inserted via bookmarks during or after recording. It employs the modern WM9/VC-1 codec and thus achieves recordings with reduced storage requirements while maintaining excellent video and audio quality.

Frontend / Player

The browser frontend is designed for ease of operation. The Desktop can be individually designed by the user simply by “drag and drop”. The Individual Designs can be saved as a user-preset on the server or local. By default the system is shipped with four presets of desktop-designs. The tidy and well arranged desktop makes it easy to fulfill your tasks.
